The Independence Institute’s Property Rights Project has unveiled a new Property Rights Multimedia Page.
Watch video interviews with affected land owners in Lakewood and meet Daniel Gallegos, a Denver man who saw his parents lose their land to RTD in the early 1990’s. Read his speech to the RTD Board of Directors here and see some of the original land acquisition documents.
